OUR CONTRACTS

The inspections performed will check for; (*basics*) proper operation of the systems aerator, water pump, electrical components, alarms, sprinklers/disposal area, disinfection device, filter cleaning, and sludge level.

NON-NORWECO SYSTEMS

Standard Maintenance- $325 yearly or $29.50 monthly 

3 yearly inspections performed once every 4 months. Checking the basics of the system, and reporting the findings back to you as the customer, along with your local jurisdiction. Chlorine is the customer's responsibility. Any repairs that need to be made, found at the time of inspection, will be made ONLY upon customers approval at the standard labor and parts prices. Any additional visit will be at the standard service call price plus parts.

Premium Maintenance - $875 yearly or $75.50 monthly

 SYSTEM MUST QUALIFY

3 yearly inspections performed once every 4 months. Checking the basics of the system, and reporting the findings back to you as the customer, along with your local jurisdiction. 

This all inclusive plan includes replacement of any parts that may fail such as; water pump, aerator, sprinklers, spray/air line brakes, alarm or pump switches, controls, electrical components, filters, and risers. Includes system clean out (limited to 1 per year), all service calls, and chlorine.

This plan does not cover any negligence, self caused damage to the system (such as lawn mowers or vehicles damaging risers, lids, or sprinklers/disposal areas, etc). This plan does not cover the replacement of any tanks that become cracked, broken, imploded, or damaged in any way due to roots, manufacturing error, deterioration, or unforeseen acts of God, while on the Premium Maintenance Contract.

SYSTEM QUALIFICATIONS

5 inches or less sludge in pump tank or system cleaning is required.

All tank access points must have a riser to the surface. Existing risers/lids must be free of any cracks or damage.

All components of the system must be fully functioning. Such as but not limited to; water pump, aerator, alarm/pump switches, filters, sprinklers, alarms, controls, etc.

If you wish to be on the Premium Contract, you will first sign up for the Standard Contract, while a visit with a technician is scheduled to come look at your system to see if it qualifies.

(JB Septic reserves the right to refuse a Premium Contract on any system.)

NORWECO SYSTEMS

The inspections performed will check for; (*basics*) proper operation of the systems aerator, water pump, electrical components, alarms, sprinklers/disposal area, disinfection device, filter cleaning, and sludge level. First inspection will include outer and inner bio-kinetic filter filter cleaning. Second and third inspections will ONLY include inner bio-kinetic filter cleaning.

Standard Maintenance- $400 yearly or $35.75 monthly 

3 yearly inspections performed once every 4 months. Checking the basics of the system, and reporting the findings back to you as the customer, along with your local jurisdiction. Chlorine is  the customer's responsibility. Any repairs that need to be made, found at the time of inspection, will be made ONLY upon customers approval at the standard labor and parts prices. Premium Maintenance - $1075 yearly or $92.75 monthly

 SYSTEM MUST QUALIFY

Must have the bio-kinetic filter in full operating order, along with a Norweco brand aerator.
